Refund policy
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only for defective or damaged items.
To qualify:

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be in original packaging with all included accessories.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before sending anything back.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of firearm accessories and optics:

Used, mounted, or installed items cannot be returned.

Opened optics (red dots, scopes, sights) are not returnable unless defective upon arrival.

Items damaged by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear are not eligible.
Return Process

Email us at sales@barcenaarms.com with your order number and description of the issue.

We will provide an RMA number and return instructions.

Once the item is received and inspected by our fulfillment partner, a refund or replacement will be issued.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was defective.
Replacements / Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Replacements are shipped once the defective item is verified.
